About The Sessions

TUESDAY TECHNIQUE SWIM

We are running ongoing courses specifically planned to help improve our swimmers’ frontcrawl technique. These are suitable for all sorts of swimmers: perhaps you have a specific swim challenge planned, you are an experienced swimmer but feel held back by flaws in your stroke, have reached a plateau or simply want to improve your confidence and enjoyment in the water?

In the beautiful six-lane 25m pool at Bradfield College Sports Complex, we have a maximum of 12 swimmers (ratio of swimmer to coach of 6:1, at most). We plan our sessions in advance, working on different aspects of technique in a progressive way, but we adapt them flexibly as we go along, according to the needs of our swimmers.

From our experience, swimmers make the greatest improvements if they attend regularly and consistently, but you only pay for the sessions you attend, so you have the flexibility to plan it around the rest of your life.

WOW – Women in Open Water

This is a group session for women who want to explore open water swimming in a safe, relaxed, female-only environment. Whether you want to conquer your fears, build confidence in the water, improve your stroke, learn specific open water skills or find out how you can work with your body and its natural cycles to make the most of your training, Jennie and Georgia are here to help you. We are both experienced Level 2 diploma triathlon and open water coaches and swimmers, and we also like to have a laugh along the way!
